Pizza flyer scam still happening in the Orlando area

The GNH hotel I used to work at would pay an OC Police officer to come and sit in a vacant hotel room a couple days a week and wait for a flyer to come under the door(yes it's that frequent!) and then when a flyer came under the door, they'd open the door and Trespass warning them. As a manager of the resort, I would have to go to the room, sign the trespass warning and we would take a photo of the kid.
And yes, we did have our buildings secured with room key access only, but the typical thing where you hold the door open for someone coming in behind you happens and boom, they're in.

Also, every time we found a flyer, we would block the phone from being dialed from guest rooms. However, that's only so effective since everyone has cell phones.
