Pixar Pals opens tomorrow and oh man.. they better keep it fully staffed. Over 6500 extra guests (probably closer to 15-20k considering the amount of guests per car) will not be kind if they keep the current amount of screening lines open. Hope it’s not a sh** show tomorrow. :hungover:

Agreed, but they aren't opening the parking spaces tomorrow. They are just officially opening the tram loading areas on the first floor tomorrow. I think today was a soft open for them, just to make sure all those blue LED lights were as bright blue as the DJ had hoped.

The 6,500 parking spaces are planned to open July 1st.

Ah, interesting. A supposed contractor on the Disneyland Reddit is claiming an opening tomorrow. We’ll see.

Latest update:

They aren't wasting any time getting the courtyard finished. As expected once they rerouted the tram to under Pixar Pals they closed off the courtyard and already started moving in the planters for the trees.

I quite enjoyed the old plaza with the planters/ trees, that nice hedge (still there) and that weeping willow the tram would wrap around. It also kind of felt like you were already in the bubble with those huge cypress trees hiding the outside world.
Well if the concept art is anything to go by, it'll seem like a forest now compared to what was there before.
