And number 15 for me! (Finally! After what, two weeks?! :eek: Can't believe I survived....)


Of those here who are going to be pirates for Halloween, how much time/energy/money have you or do you intend to spend on your costume?

I figured it out last night, and thus far, I've spent a little less than $68 on mine. I'm putting a lot of thought into it, and being creative. Made a compass out of things I found around the house. Still have to sew my waist sash, make my head wrap, make my boot tops, and add buckles to the cuffs of my pants. All I have left to buy is a sword, a pistol, and possibly a spy glass. :king: :sohappy:

Let's see....(pre-tax) wig $10, head scarf $4, shirt $20, medallion materials $9, suede for hand-thingie $1, rubber bands for wig $1, shoes $7, total of $52.

Still need....(estimated) pants $10, waist sash $10, beads $4, coins $2, fabric scrap $0 (I hope), pistol $5, black kohl eyeliner $7, buttons for pants $2. $40, for total of $92. (Yikes! And combined with my ticket spending....)

Not to mention the $10 I spent yesterday making myself a pair of PotC t-shirts. :D

At least I'll be able to get everyday use out of the shirt, pants, and eyeliner...and maybe the shoes.

Airame just told me today that it'll be a 2 disc set with deleted scenes, bloopers, and interviews! December can't get here fast enough!!!

In other news.....I just made 3 PotC t-shirts!! (And they make me happy! :D ) One of them is just a promo shot, but the other two I added text to....I just put the pics up (just the transfer part, not pics of the whole shirts) in the photo gallery.

The first one pic is the first shirt I made. The second was a plain photo, so I'm not bothering uploading it. The third I just made last night & you kinda have to be both a WDW fan and a PotC movie fan to get it, so this group should be the perfect audience! Hope you like them!

PotC has passed Matrix Reloaded as the number 2 movie of the year! It's up to 282 million and still holding onto the number 3 spot!

Make that number 2 as of yesterday being beaten by Jeepers Creepers 2 by only $80,000!

Tuesday's actuals should be up for at least a little while longer...and here's hoping Wednesday's will have the same ranking!

I'm not sure when I'll have a chance to contribute again...my work schedule is tight this week....but I'm glad to see it doing so well! (Or at least not doing quite as poorly as the others!)

The weekend estimates are up, and PotC is holding strong in 5th place. (Which is pretty freakin' good for a movie that's been out for 10 weeks, especially when another big-draw movie is released with the same star!)

The total gross is up to $288 million, which knocks Home Alone out of the number 18 spot on the all-time highest grossing movies! WOOHOO!!! :sohappy: :sohappy:

If Pirates makes just $4.5 mill. this weekend, it will pass up The Empire Strikes Back and The Sixth Sense to be at #16 of all time. :king:

I'll be doing my part tonight. Now, everybody get out there and see that movie!! :sohappy: :D
