I was able to find a plain black lanyard that also holds fastpasses and park passes at AK. Now I guess I have to find pins to decorate it. :animwink:

I don't think I'm surprised by ANYTHING guests do anymore. Annoyed and dismayed that people can behave so rudely, not only to CMs, but to other guests, but not surprised.

Thanks TheMom! It sounds exactly like what I am looking for. Going to try to get it through WDW merchandising today. They seem to be really good when you can tell them exactly where the item is sold.

I had seen others, but they were all blue with writing. This one is plain black, which I like. And I do have a couple of pins on it. Now I wish I had kept the pins I used to get from the Magic Kingdom Club.

Ok, for those that are aware, us merchandise cast members have to wear pin lanyards with trading pins. I have one complaint though about it. I don't mind wearing them but, if you want to trade, can you please wait in line and ask instead of garbing my lanyard and chocking me or just helping yourself to pins?

Anyone else that is lines and observe this think it is rude?

OMG, I can't imagine ever being a trader like that. I waited patiently many times back in December to see the lanyards of the CM's. I loved the CM trades that I was able to make. It was so much fun.

I was so into the whole pin trading thing that I made a point of seeing Scoop Sanderson's pin talk. We did the whole pin trading manners talk that day. I was chosen to be the trader that was treated poorly by other traders. We have it on tape, it was a hoot.

Anyway, I am sorry that some people have no manners. But, I swear, it wasn't me. Maggie

And to think that I was massively uncomfortable just looking at female CMs' lanyards, which happen to drape across their...you know...chest. (and I'm a girl!)

I even apologized for staring.

I know the feeling, but I thought it was just because I am a lesbian. I don't want the CM's to think that I am some sort of perv.
