I LOVE boiled peanuts. Also a salad with heart of palm, marinated mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and avocado on a lettuce bed. And COLD leftover Mac n Cheese. :)

Oh sad day... My wife started LA Weight Lose. No more fatty foods, no more nuts, pork, cheeses, or Real food for a year and a half. :(

Well, being the supportive husband I am anyway. I could eat that stuff, but it would just make it harder on her. We will compromise on the trip to Disney in two weeks, but other than that, hmmm... Thanksgiving comes to mind too.

Still, Pickled Eggs are on the list that I can eat, as long as I only eat two and just one more protein per day. Pickled Pigs feet, uh... no. :lol:

I should add... no Dairy, no sweets, no breads (rarely anyway), no fried foods, and no SPAM. :cry:

However, Turkey Legs are quite acceptable. YAY!!!:sohappy:
