Cool stuff. It'd look a little odd, seeing that it would be the only modern part of the WS, but I would be for it.

It's iconic enough that I think it would work. They need to either bring Austrilia to Epcot or DAK. Perhaps Disney will use it's cruise ships or an Autrailia based DVC as a bargining chip. It's funny, but the pic that shows Epcot expansion pads in red does not include the area where they are building the new pizza place. That gives an indication just how much land there is in Epcot.

EPCOT before DAK. DAK needs something (anything) but it's not another "regular" land.
