I like it! I think it's a great home for Alice...![]()
Applying that same theme to the adult area would be taking it too far, but since it is the kids area I would give it a pass.Intersting idea. It doesn't look bad at all. I only question the need for a character themed play area at the Grand Floridian. Do we also need a play area themed to "Donald's Vacation" at the Wilderness Lodge or a Buzz Lightyear play area at the Contemporary? I victorian themed play area would have been just fine....if it's possible to have a Victorian-themed Play area.
It may just be me, but it seems this would fit better at a pop century equivalent resort
Loosely.. lolI like it, I think it fits in pretty well. Lets face it, all those kids play splash areas look gaudy no matter where you put them. At least this one has colors that blend in (they are not bright and flashy), and the tea pot, saucers, and top hat are all kind of Victorianesque.

For a kids playground it needs something of interest for them - this seems a very good balance to me.It may just be me, but it seems this would fit better at a pop century equivalent resort
It's looking very nice so far. I like the muted colors of the theme for this kids play area. When finished, they should take it one step further and offer a Tea Party event with Alice once a day for the little ones. I believe they had a princess tea party at one time.
They're a step ahead of you.

I think this is perfect. Carroll goes with the era of the GF... it goes with the existing Tea Party... and it's a little something for children in the reserved atmosphere of the GF. Fantastic idea, and I have faith that the result will be tasteful.
Very nice!
I must have seen it listed somewhere, but I thought it was a Princess tea party.
