Everyone needs to watch The Institute. This documentary will change your life forever!
It's playing pay per view on demand now. On U-Verse it's $6. You can probably rent it on the other providers as well. This was the best $6 I've ever spent on a video!

I'm serious. You all have to watch it!
It's not about Monorails is it?

Now that I'm back, can you all ask the two who are ignoring me (Asianway and Flynibus) to give me a second chance. My feeling is somewhat hurt that they felt they had to block me. Tell them this is PeterAlt 2.0. I'm a little wiser, less obnoxious, and better looking (don't say that last part)...

Just curious...how did you fix your account?

There was a time when people here thought I was really Michael Eisner... That's flattery - and I was tempted to feed into that suspicion and play along... Maybe I should have?

What's it about? Edit, never mind.

One day I'll learn to read the last page of comments before posting.

Oh, you meant the movie. You should watch it! Basically, there was this cult-like organization in San Fran, but it wasn't a cult. Some rich people funded an "art" project that was an interactive game that recruited anyone to be "indoctrinated" into their secret organization. As it turns out, it was their way to pay tribute to a very gifted teenage girl that went missing in the late 80's. All the things the game had their players do was to learn who this girl was, while also engaging people to make their lives more interesting. Some players took the game way to seriously. When the funding ran out, they had to end it and let everyone know it really was just a game in memory of that girl.

Only in California will you find stuff like that....

What's a Mouse Hoover?

Is that some kind of Disney Vacuum Cleaner?
Mouse Hoover refers to my dam mouse. By Hoover, I mean dam, as in Hoover Dam, once known as Boulder Dam, a concrete arch-gravity dam in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River, on the border between Arizona and Nevada. It was constructed between 1931 and 1936 during the Great Depression and was dedicated on September 30, 1935, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Its construction was the result of a massive effort involving thousands of workers, and cost over one hundred lives. The dam was controversially named after President Herbert Hoover.
