...you'll have to ask Paula (Goofette)...she mentioned something about having her pet "Bob" the other night in chat...:lol:
...she might be able to help you find your very own "Bob."

(maybe it wasn't Paula)

Stuff an old sock with some padding, add a couple of googly eyes, call it 'janet' and hey, you've got your very own pet.....thing.

Angelique, seriously, I don't remember who suggested it but volunteering at a no-kill shelter or sanctuary would be a great way to get your fix. (the reason I stress no-kill is because a euthanizing shelter will only make your problem worse, since you will feel compelled to take them ALL!)

I volunteer at one and there are so many sweet animals there who quite honestly will probably never find a home anywhere else. The shelter might not be the same as a private house but it is cage-free and the animals are happy and very well loved.

These places need all the help they can get- it's a very sad situation. There are just not enough people out there with the time and willingness to volunteer.

Please consider it!!!
Erika =)

My hamster broke its leg in the wheel. It suffered so much my Dad finally had to put it to "sleep". He put it in a shoe box and then used propane gas to put the little guy down. It was tough love. Parakeets make wonderful pets! They will kiss you and love you and bite you (sometimes). Feed the birds!
