Past permits indicate Bldg 513 is the Maliboomer site:

BLD2018-04030 DCA - Paradise Pier Enhancements - BLD 513 - Package 1 - Tenant Improvement: Foundation for future themed wall, new queue layout and exit ramps, roof top equipment located on existing HPU room (possible reroof/stucco TBD).

In 'It Pays to Re-Check' news, here is a permit from last summer:

Received BLD2017-04158 WALT DISNEY WORLD CO 1313 S HARBOR BLVD Disneyland - SW - DL Frontierland Expansion - BLD 10030/ Attraction #2 - Tenant Improvement: (Scene 11 a/b) 953 s.ft (Scene 10a/b,12a/b,13a/b,14a/b,17a/b,18a/b) 4,817 s.ft . REF:BLD2016-05640

It now reads:

BLD2017-04158 Disneyland - SW - DL Frontierland Expansion - BLD 10030/ Attraction #2 - Tenant Improvement: Phase 1 (Scene 11 a/b) 953 s.ft new steel structure guest sorting area. (Scene 10a/b,12a/b,13a/b,14a/b,17a/b,18a/b) 4,817 s.ft steel structure queue hall way. Phase 2: Scene 1 through 9 and 17AB,18AB through 20 for theming decoration mounted to interior of existing facility . Phase 3: Scene 03, Hero Engine prefabricated themed show set prop anchored to existing facility support. All work inside attraction. REF:BLD2016-05640

Alternative theory: If Attraction #2 is Big Bird/Millenium Falcon, then the a/b could refer to the duplicated indoor queue, grouping, and Falcon interiors. I have always assumed that each wing (North and West) each having two carousels/turntables, would have its own "spaceport" queue and Falcon interior. Somehow the Falcon interior would branch to serve loading two carousels.

Does anyone know on these permits which is attraction #1 and #2?

BLD2018-04088 Disney - Main Street, Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe - Fall Protection - Tenant Improvement: Extension to existing parapet 19 lnear fee x 43" high and new ladders, gates on the Tropical Hideaway Side. New guardrails, platform and dual themed screen walls at Jolly Holiday Bakery.

BLD2018-04080 GCH - South Porte Cochere - Plumbing for Tenant Improvement: Storm drain piping and roof drains.

BLD2018-04084 DCA - South Porte Cochere/Geometry Maintenance - Tenant Improvement: Replace beam to support existing roof of the porte cochere.

BLD2018-04086 Electrical to support mechanical equipment suspended from ceiling in DTD - Building D. REF: BLD2018-03628

BLD2018-03781 DLH Convention Center - Storage Room - Tenant Improvement: Remove existing material, resheath as needed and install 15 squares of flat roof. Install new gutter and downspout.

Well, there goes all the hub landscaping. What is that brick column they left behind in new orleans square? I really wish we had a "Before" image. The front of haunted mansion looks fine. I would have never known there was a planter there before.
