PERMITS

Seems like Ariel's Grotto has been consistently printing money for Disney. I would not be surprised if that afternoon tea at the Disneyland Hotel turns into a Royal Tea Time.

Or Plaza Inn could turn back into the Princess Breakfast Dining location like it was many years ago.

I'm shocked it's not being relocated, but I have a feeling once the revenue loss is felt, the girls will find themselves another dining location to take over and destroy
I just hope it's another restaurant that serves alcohol. My nieces love lunch with the princesses and I love an afternoon cocktail. Ariel's was the perfect ADR when we took large family vacations to Disneyland.

something tells me ariel's will become nemo's. but maybe I'm underestimating.

That sounds lame enough to be true. The only thing that makes me think this won't happen is the Nemo characters don't lend themselves well to character dining, assuming it's still going to be character dining. Maybe it won't be thoug. Maybe it will just be aquarium themed. That actually sounds decent to me.

Looks like there will be some show buildings after all for the Increcoaster, not just some cutouts like some had thought. The second one they list as Scene 9 in this permit is probably the ending with an AA of Edna and Jack Jack. There has been a sketch floating around the forum somewhere showing this.

I actually believe the Edna show scene is at the start of ride, as Jack Jack gets away due to her babysitting. You can see the building in the concept art. I assume Show Scene 9 is either at the end after the photo or this new enclosed area around track.

Definitely not Plaza Inn. Princess dining there was an unmitigated disaster.

Either way (at the beginning or the end) it looks to be more than just some cutouts as some have been assuming this overlay is going to be.

Seriously, how could princess dining be a disaster at any location they throw them in? That must have been some great planning on their part.
Yeah, we ate there when it was princess dining. I don't remember it being a disaster. Just an ugly long line to check in. I enjoyed that location. I like Minnie's though, so would hate to see them sacrifice one for the other.

Maybe now that they have converted River Belle Terrace into a TS location, they'll try it there.

I'm surprised they haven't made an announcement yet.

No - they did not. They did build a new team fueling station I think that gor demolished after 1 year for this structure.

The tram support building is still there...for now. But a permit has been issued for demolition. Not sure where refueling will take place. Prior to SWL construction, the motor pool was located just inside Winston Gate and adjacent to the northern outbound u-turn on the tram route. Now it's located in the NW corner of the property on Ball Rd. between Disneyland Drive and Cast Place. I really don't see them running the trams back and forth through the SWL construction traffic.

Dressing rooms could be a problem. I wonder what facilities are like backstage at the Golden Horseshoe?
