Well said Sir. Apology unreservedly accepted. I think that's a very good representation of the building. Actually, most of my knowledge of the building dates from the mid-late '70s. I was hired at the old casting office, which was at the right (east) side of the building in this photo. My information is that most of the interior is very dated and the mechanicals may not be great. The bathrooms definitely haven't improved since the '70s. I did manage to hear back from a couple of friends in Disneyland Entertainment and they said that nobody they know knows anything about this project below the manager level, and almost nothing there. But they say that's typical. This isn't the first project that we've gotten more details from the permits.I've never been a CM so I don't know the layout, but I think this is how the building is structured:

Yellow shade is the train tunnel (indicated by the vents on top), the red shade is the diorama, and the green shades are offices/admin/etc.
Rereading what @Old Mouseketeer wrote again, I believe I misinterpreted what they were saying and thought they were referring to another building deeper into the park, but actually meant the northern green area I've indicated. For that I deeply apologize for my defensiveness and misunderstanding.
