Anyone had any luck finding the online payment option via the new site? as in for an existing reservation
I just talked to Disney and they said the payment option was not available yet on the new site. You have to call to make a payment until they make the option available. The person I spoke with did not have an ETA on when it would work.You are not alone in your frustrations. The new website is driving me nuts. I have tried it in like five different browsers on three different devices and it never seems to work correctly. I was also trying to link my dining reservations to my profile in the Disney Experience app and it keeps telling me it's the wrong number or phone number...while I am looking at the exact numbers in different window. I work in IT for a living, you'd think I should be able to use the damn Disney World website.

The new site is working fine for me on Chrome. Log in, click on My Reservations, then click on Details. It should appear after about 10 seconds.
Register on WDWMAGIC. This sidebar will go away, and you'll see fewer ads.
