Payment option on new site

Is anyone else having trouble locating their reservation? It's telling me that my confirmation number is wrong, but I'm using the one from the email that I got when we booked it in October.

OK. Maybe it's just me, but I'm taking this new website in stride. I have my ADR confirmation numbers, but they're not recognized and I can't enter them in. OK. No biggie. I know they're there. To Alison's question, if you look under your profile, there should be a section about payments, or at least I think I remember seeing it there. It doesn't work :eek:, which I'm sure is so surprising, but it looks like that's where it's set to be once the brainiacs get it all going.

EDIT: Scratch that. I just went back. It only seems to save your payment method. WTH!? Not actually make a payment. Why do I need to save my credit card information on their website but not make a payment?

You are not alone in your frustrations. The new website is driving me nuts. I have tried it in like five different browsers on three different devices and it never seems to work correctly. I was also trying to link my dining reservations to my profile in the Disney Experience app and it keeps telling me it's the wrong number or phone number...while I am looking at the exact numbers in different window. I work in IT for a living, you'd think I should be able to use the damn Disney World website.

I just talked to Disney and they said the payment option was not available yet on the new site. You have to call to make a payment until they make the option available. The person I spoke with did not have an ETA on when it would work.

I was able to make an ADR today using Safari. Haven't tried anything else but I will say I love the resort pages on the new site. It clearly shows what different types of rooms look like.

The new site is working fine for me on Chrome. Log in, click on My Reservations, then click on Details. It should appear after about 10 seconds.

nope..doesnt for me.. Ive tried 100 times..that link I posted does though so that works for me! I need to be able to make online payments..much easier than over the phone! Well clicking details gives me the new sites version of details..which does not include a payment option.
