Patrick Warburton?!!? Soarin'?!?

My mother & I have always made fun of this. And then that newish sitcom came on that has him in it, and everytime we watch it, we have to shout "HULLO!".

I didn't know he did so many other things, though.

Being that Disney is all righteous and political correct being a "family" entertainment company and all, I can't fathom how they haven't fired Warburton by now.

How is it they employ a super well known voice actor for their kids cartoons and even have him do the Soarin per-show ride, yet anyone age 14-25 probably better knows him as Joe from Family Guy: one of the most racist and politically incorrect show on TV...and on during prime time!

However, animation has that silver lining that real TV shows just can't get around. With animation/cartoons, I guess they can just say its "make believe" and therefore, ok to do a show like that. I guess that is why the Simpsons can have an Indian running the Quik-e-mart, the police chief is basically a fat imbecile resembling a "pig", the head of the nuclear power plant is a greedy anti-environement scrooge, and that Carl (the black guy) is an incredible basketball player. :ROFLOL:

eh... I'm 20, and have never watched Family Guy- it looks completely stupid to me... that aside though, most people don't recognize those things though. I've never noticed he was the voice in ENG, although now that it's pointed out, I can definitely see that. Point being, most people don't make connections like that- yes there are some who are huge movie buffs, but I don't see why Disney should be concerned at all with it....:shrug:

With that logic many of the voice over artists might never have been employed.Robin Williams....Need I say more as his stand up act has a bunch of swearing throughout yet he has been in a theme park attraction at MGM and MK and voices the genie in Alladin.Jeremy Irons was in Lolita one of the most shocking movies of the 90's.eddie Murphy....one word for ya RAW yet there he is now in 2 movies of Disney,Mulan and that attrocious HM movie.
Lets go with Martin Short well he was in Father of the Bride 2 which lets face it just plain stunk and basically made us all dumber watching that piece of crud.Eric Idle...Monty Python was not the most politically correct shows/movies ever although hilarious! Do you see a pattern here?If Mr. Warburton had said something that was a truly outrageous statement we would have heard it and he would not be as popular a voice artist as he is.
