Parks in Sept

September is probably the quietest month of the entire year, assuming you avoid Labor Day. Even Labor Day weekend isn't extremely crowded; it's more crowded than any other September weekend but still manageable.

October is also fairly quiet, but not as quiet as September thanks mostly to Epcot's Food and Wine Festival.

September You will notice most people stay at the resorts because of the free dining promotion they offered. It has gotten busier in recents years but still a great time to go.

The resorts may be busier, but the parks should be pretty quiet...except on weekends when they get a little busier. But nothing like the summer! :)

Fay has really made the parks attendance unpredictable, so this week's attendance would be unreliable at best for factoring in line length and such.

However, I can say that the parks have been getting much lighter lately, as is the way when everyone starts school again. :)

And Luv Bugs...Don't forget those wonderful little things!!!

We must have gotten lucky last year but we only saw 2 or 3 while we were there.
Crowds are great- never been when it was less crowded in the parks. Table service is much more crowded than any other time that we have been though. Definately would not want to be attempting a walk in.

Has anyone been in the last week? were the parks busy

I've been the last week of September and the first week of October. They beat, hands down, the first week of May. I couldn't believe how crowded it was! Although, the weather was much nicer in May. It wasn't nearly as hot.
