I think everyone is a little too hard on Pixar Pier. I think when Fliks Fliers 1.5 opens and Jessie’s fiberglass 20 foot tall statue is unveiled everyone will change their tune.

After seeing Pixar Pier again today, I've decided that Bob Chapek needs to step down from his position with Disney. He should be ashamed with himself. 5 whole months for a static Bing Bong? Give me a break. That could have been a great AA, but they decided to go the cheap route.

It will be a sad day if/when Chapek becomes CEO.

Or at least put someone in charge of the parks who knows what the heck they are doing and doesn’t look at every nook and cranny of the park as an IPportunity.

I know. Don’t you hate that? When you only like part or most of a persons post so you can’t endorse the whole post? So then you have to either “like” it, thereby appearing to endorse an idea or comment you do not agree with or reply like you did. Or just ignore it.

I think it’s pretty clear. We need a “half like” button.

Edit: wait then people won’t know what half we re liking. Ok, we need the ability to like individual sentences.

I hate to be the one to break it to you, but despite the negative opinions of the hardcore DLR fans here, Chepek's division is on a roll. From a recent NYT article:

"For the 2018 fiscal year, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts had an operating profit of $4.5 billion, an increase of more than 100 percent from five years earlier. For comparison, Disney Media Networks, home to ESPN and ABC, had a profit of $6.6 billion, a 3 percent decline. "
