The thing I hate more than all these cheap IP stuff that Bob Chapek has done, is sightlines from the park.
The fact that you can see a giant French inspired hotel tower from the Germany Pavilion, or a giant green box that will be ratatouille above Morocco, or a giant gray skyway tower from France is ridiculous. It's like they don't even care anymore...

I really love this new entrance area to Pixar Pier. It's a shame the entire land can't look like this.

Hahah I’ll have you know the alien popcorn bucket is only the second one I’ve bought in my life. What’s concerning however, is the other one was purchased a few short months ago.
Side note: These alien popcorn buckets are nowhere to be seen at the parks. I saw a whopping one all day at DL yesterday. Considering the amount of APs visiting the parks daily, this leads to me believe that either not a whole lot of these things were made OR a combo of most people are buying these only to resell them and/or keeping them in mint condition as collector items so they don’t bring them to the parks.
Not many people are using them as they are intended. For refills, to placate your child in line, as a fashion statement and as an Indiana Jones +1

I’m not exactly sure but the aliens are much closer to scale being that sully is an 8 foot monster so that could be part of it. Plus the popcorn goes in their mouth.
Also what’s kind of dork would walk around the park wearing that?

Was Epcot ever supposed to adhere to “theme park” principles? No country has a portal to it’s own land. Their wienie is pretty much what you see from anywhere within World Showcase. Epcot consist of pavilions that explicitly show their offerings. So you’ll likely see any foreign country landmarks in any other country pavilion. That’s intentional.
Lastly, Future World isn’t a theme. It’s a concept. To be consistent, Epcot’s approach to theming must be the same in Future World and World Showcase. Tell me when that happens. Won’t ever I assure you.

Disney could literally sell any themed popcorn bucket or sipper and it would be the rage. I'm not buying a sipper until they do one of Walt's bust with a straw coming out the top of his head.
