Parade Show Stop Question and Character Meet & Greets

My family and I will taking our annual trip to WDW in 12 days!! I just have a few questions before we go:

- Where are the best spots to see the show stops for the MK 'Celebrate A Dream Come True' parade? If we're standing at the edge of the Hub looking down Main Street, will there be a show stop in front of us? Also, are the show stops designated on the park maps like they are for 'Block Party Bash' at DHS?

- For those of you who keep up with Character appearances, does anyone know if Cruella De Vil is out in the parks, and if there's even the slightest chance of meeting her while I'm there?

- Also, last year we were able to meet the Evil Queen and some other villains in front of the hat at DHS. I know these characters have been moved to the Animation building, but is the Evil Queen still doing meet and greets?

Thanks guys. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I know one show stop is by Prarie Outpost and CBJ. As for the BPB, the park maps do accurately show where they stop.

I haven't seen Cruella De Ville anywhere except the CaDCT parade.

And I haven't seen the Evil Queen at DHS for some time.

Perhaps a Friend of the Characters like Drew can help with the last two...

Cruella is pretty rare. The most common time to see her is during MNSSHP.

Well, the Hat PM characters (which now are inside Animation) were always random. However, the Snow Queen does still come out. So your chances are good of finding her whenever the characters come out.

We were in the hub in Feb for the MK celebration thing. One of the floats stopped right in front of us, but they all circled at least once, so we got a good view of all of them.

Like Joanna said, Cruella is random/rare right now. I doubt she would be at F! area but if she was going to be anywhere I would say that would be your best chance.

I've seen her several times by that little meet & greet area directly to the right as you come in the Magic Kingdom by Exposition Hall. Always early in the morning shortly after park opening. That was at least a year ago though.

We ran into Cruella while getting off of the train beind the Judge's Tent in MK. It may have been a rare occasion, but it was cool none the less. I have noticed that there are rare characters gathered there sometimes and b/c not too many people know about the spot there are little to no lines. I would check it out if I were you.

Yes, the teardrop area near the train is a place they use for training I believe is what I have read on here before and we met the Queen there once as well. You just kinda happen up on it. We use that as a trail to TL from TT and have lucked up a couple of times. :)
