That one just straight up might be replaced by a new float.I wonder if we'll get the canopy on The Little Mermaid float back.
There were videos of the float being transported backstageThat one just straight up might be replaced by a new float.
I suspect the intro will be the same, but suspect the finale will likely be changed since it was based on Zip.I hope they decide to keep the intro and finale music the same.
The Zip part will either be a dance break like Festival of Fantasy or be replaced with the anniversary song like Storybook Express.I suspect the intro will be the same, but suspect the finale will likely be changed since it was based on Zip.
The Zip part ends the parade with Mickey on a float that has Zip scrolled across as the song plays, so I doubt it'll be just be a dance break. They will need to have a new song and new scroll display. The Zip part will either be a dance break like Festival of Fantasy or be replaced with the anniversary song like Storybook Express.

It's only seem like its been shorter since its been more customer facing recently. But Disney has been very progressive internally for decades. And I suspect none of that will change.True but it’s not like Zip has anything to do with that. CMs will be just fine. Getting rid of Zip was a massive over reaction and completely unnecessary. Granted the whole Splash conversion was but banning your Disney Parks theme song was so over the top. Also I wouldn’t say many decades. Maybe a decade. Decade and a half tops with a massive shift during the last 4-6 years.

As for Zip, maybe it was an overreaction, maybe it wasn't. I don't want to relitigate that aspect of it, I just think it would be too soon to bring it back but we'll see. I just have a feeling they'll make a change to the finale so its something else as the final song. Maybe like an uptempo Wish Upon a Star or something.
We'll see what happens, I'm just not expecting much more than lip service like I mentioned.Sure perhaps internally but t wasn’t really showing up in their content or policies until pretty recently. Meaning you can be somewhat progressive internally and yet still stay away from politics and keep things close to center for the good of the company and its bottom line which they are clearly trying to do now after moving way too far in one direction since 2020.

I’m not saying that didn’t happen, I’m just saying I don’t think it’s going to be the major changes as I think some envision. How is it just lip service when just a few weeks ago they were talking about how they rewrote a certain character and eliminated storylines/ dialogue in that Pixar series on Disney+? Are you saying that didn’t happen?
Agree on both here. I am hoping in a world of moderating view points - and I prefer to stay out of politics - at least these 2 non egregious elements can stay. But I agree the opening, with its nods to the MSEP is REALLY important to stay, especially with this being a anniversary offering. To be honest I think them keeping ladies and gentlemen boys and girls in the intro would be way more impactful to some than Zip. I strongly vote for both remain in PTN but I’m imo if Disney is ok keeping the intro as is then Zip shouldn’t be an issue either.
Glad we got confirmation about PTN's Frozen!Disney says Anna and Elsa will rejoin the parade on the fan-favorite float inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Frozen”:
The “Paint the Night” parade features innovative floats, vibrant costumes, incredible special effects, unforgettable music and energetic performances. Plus, Anna and Elsa will rejoin the parade on the fan-favorite float inspired by Disney Animation’s “Frozen” when it makes its return to Main Street, U.S.A., for the first time since its initial run.
