I pack 45 SPF for DS whenever we go.

I'm a leathery-skinned old fart, so I only bother with it in summer for myself.

Definitely yes. I just got burned yesterday. I'm not sure where you're coming from, but it stays very warm here with a high UV index sometimes well into November.

Warmth has nothing to do with it. Bring sunscreen because you will be out in the sun for hours per day for numerous days in a row. You will also probably be closer to the equator than you are now, which means stronger sun.

Think about this, even though it's getting close to winter in the northern hemisphere, your farther south towards the equater, the sun can be very intense there no matter what time of the year, We always bring sun screen.

As a person who has been compared to Casperr - yes, bring the sunscreen!!!! Trust me, I actually get burned worse on overcast days than sunny days and sunburn is just plain painful anyway!!!

We are leaving in four days, I have packed one bottle (although it is almost gone) and will pick more up while we're there (we have to go food shopping once we get there anyway).

Have fun on your trip!!!

Sunscreen is a must. Protect yourself! Not only are you saving you skin from cancer but you will be saving yourself a nasty sunburn that could ruin your vacation.

Might I suggest going to DTD to the store Basin. They have a very good skin recovery cream called sun butter, if you get alittle burn or one of those slight burns in a annoying place, ie where a strap tends to lay, just smear some on and before you know it the pain is gone and with regular use you don't peel either. :animwink: They have a bunch of things to take care of skin, hair, hands all are very good and really don't cost that much.

I wear sunscreen year round even here in Rhode Island.

I use a moisturizer with sunblock every day and I live in Philadelphia.
I could not imagine a trip to WDW without sunblock at any time of year. Doesn't matter how hot it is outside, if the sun is out you need sunblock.

Bring sunscreen and aloe, just in case, because you don't want to have to buy that down there either. We made that mistake one year.

Have fun!

We wore sunscreen everyday on last vacation. We made that mistake one time and my DH ended up with 3rd degree burns on his shoulders after a long day at Typhoon Lagoon. This time we wore it even to the parks onour face ans me on my shoulders. We are happy to report no burns and no tan lines.

Definitely bring it and use it. I use it in December when the weather is warm down there, don't need it so much when there is a cold snap because I'm wearing long sleeves and pants, but still put it on my face because I'll be out all day in the sun. It's not like you'll be walking from the car to go inside somewhere and only out a few minutes.
