When I worked in hotels…no joke…we had a running joke that the people flipping out about something were from tomsriver far too often. It was a little freaky…

But that was prior to Y2K and maybe they were nervous?

For the non Florida AP crowd does Disney block out obvious/predictable dates throughout the year like the Florida resident AP’s $450 ish per person?

There’s two types available

The one he’s quoting is no blackouts

The second tier is only dvc and Florida residents and that one has thanksgiving and the Christmas-new years period black out.

So the ONLY one available for out of state without Disneys timeshare is the “top tier”

It’s embarrassing, really…if someone is willing to visit you frequently and spend…let them. Who cares if it’s in “off season”?
