I made our countdown.. it's for the day we leave on vacation ( which is 3 days before we get to Disney):

Very cute, fun idea! Are those paint cards from Home Depot? That's the first thing I thought of when I saw them. My kiddos love grabbing those Mickey cards in there.

That is awesome. I may just steal this idea! definitely a fun way to do the countdown without the kids!

Great poster. Every time I go to Home Depot I have to scoop up a couple of paint cards too. But I never thought of doing a countdown poster with them. It drives my wife crazy when she sees me grabbing them out of the display, but she understands my Disney passion and copes with my obsession for anything Disney.

Ours do too! Thank god they don't charge for them! You can do so much with them, I made a picture frame collage with them! Everyone always comments onit too, and it cost me nothing! God we should start a thread about those things!

So cute! Such a great idea. We usually do countdowns to vacation starting at 30 days or so out. But this is a total surprise for the kids!
