I think you made a good choice. Even though AOA is new, the dining plan is really a great experience unlike anything else. POP is really nice and still seems new to me so I think you will love it!
I have stayed at CS before. It was great. They all are to me. Ill be looking forward to writing my first TR when I get back. Will look for yours too :)

Another possibility for your Studios meal is to go to Cape May at the Beach Club. The buffet is great, and it would give you an opportunity to see the amazing chocolate carousel in the lobby during the holidays. It's easy to get to or from DHS from there. The Osborne Lights Spectacular is, well, spectacular!

I would also recommend "brunch" at Kona Cafe. Last December we booked it at 11am on an early EMH day at MK so we were at the MK from 8-10:30am, and then had an 11am breakfast of tonga toast and pineapple macadamia nut pancakes. From there we took the monorail to the GF so we could see the lifesize gingerbread house for the holidays before heading back to the MK. Just some thoughts.

We've been to Cape May but that does sound like a great plan. I didn't know about the chocolate carousel so I am intrigued! My cousin has not been to Cape May so I might talk that over with them!

I absolutely love Kona! That is also a good suggestion for the brunch. I never thought of doing that!

We are also big fans of CS - going back to stay there on our second trip with grandparents.

Hopefully, weather will be good and allow for some outdoor seating. It is a big restaurant with lots of seating not near a window re: watching a parade. But it has a great porch area to catch a parade before or after a meal - we were very happy to leave Tony's on our last trip and watch a parade from its front steps. And the food was good.
