Kingdom Keepers: Disney After Dark - An RPG ​

Slated to be a modern day reboot of Disney's beloved book series, the all new Kingdom Keepers video game will follow a new cast of characters who explore a modern day Disney World after dark, allowing you to play through beloved attractions such as Its a Small World and modern day hits such as Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance as you and your party save the Walt Disney World park from the forces of Maleficent.

With a cast of five playable party members, and a slew of secrets to discover, you'll never find a dull moment in the hours of content found in this game.

This game is available on all current gen consoles and is rated Everyone 10+. ​

Disney has a long history of scrapping plans, in fact you could probably build a whole resort from every single scrapped idea that they have had over the years. Your job? Revive one scrapped idea and modernize it for today's audiences. Disney has been rolling out Marvel attractions slowly around the world, and a large handful of them have been deemed either duds, ill fitting to their respective park, or a murderer of a fan favorite ride. To deal with these attacks it is up to you to choose any Marvel attraction, and replace it completely in its respective park.

Circling back to past seasons of the One Sentence competition we reach Season 3 Episode 1 in which players had to pitch an add on to the Muppets Courtyard area in Grand Avenue over at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We now return here where it is your task to continue the fleshing out of Muppets Courtyard with either a restaurant, store, show, attraction, etc. However there's a catch! You must work around @Daveeeeed 's winning project: Muppets Take NEW YORK! The Disney Parks are renown for their frequent usage of meet and greets throughout the parks. Your task is to come up with a new meet and greet experience for any of the parks. It can be with any character that Disney currently has access to. It can be as simple as a themed meet and greet such as Princess Fairytale Hall or something innovative like the new Tinker Bell meet and greet that debuted this year.

Just like how in a Disney park you end your amazing day with a bang, we'll be ending our time here with a bang! That's right the final challenge is to pitch a whole new nighttime spectacular for ANY theme park ANYWHERE in the world. Just have a real blast with this last prompt!

Now you may looking at all this, and be thinking...WOW that's a lot! However feel free to respond to as many or as little of these Blitzes as you feel. On top of doing the ones that you wish to do feel free to either submit them all at once or piece by piece.

-Rules-
You may use up one to two sentences and up to 1 image per Blitz. The deadline for all of the Blitzes is Tuesday, July 13th at 10:00 PM EST.

-Tips-
K.I.S.S. – Keep it simple, silly. Try not to complicate or overthink things too much. It’s a simple, casual competition – there are no eliminations. Propose as you please, let your imagination soar!

1. Maui Mallard in Challenge From Nothingness is a new Maui Mallard entry featuring elements from the Legend of the Three Caballeros, with Xandra being avaliable as a secondary playable character alongside Maui, as well as Epic Mickey’s Wasteland. The game retains the original combat and platforming system, but refreshed to allow for longer, more brutal combos on enemies and bosses, of which now every level has a boss and sub-boss to deal with, many of which Xandra can even finish off with her sword.

2. Plectu’s Intergalactic Revue has come back to town, crashing in Pacific Wharf, and many of Plectu’s performers are based on California urban legends and folklore, and will charm you with effects including bubbles along with their musical numbers. Plectu’s is located close to a Dole Whip stand for convenience.

3. Do you dare board Danganronpa: Tower of Despair, where you never know what the next drop may bring you? Inspired by the original horror attraction, but modernized with a brand millennials and younger are more likely to be aware of and even addicted to, Monokuma invites you to a new Killing Game formula; many stories in the air, replacing Mission Breakout. At the end, Disney and Danganronpa collaborative merchandise is sold.

4. Take home a piece of the spectral magic with you; Haunted Mansion Pepper’s Ghost Kits re-enact that iconic imagineering technique of the Pepper’s Ghost, also serving as action figures of fan-favorite phantasm like Sally Slater, the Hatbox Ghost, and more. Each kit has a posable figure and the mechanisms required to pull a Pepper’s Ghost trick with it.

5. DHS is noticeably lacking in water-based rides... until now; Constantine’s Chaotic Canalway is a new hydro-coaster ride added to the Muppet Courtyard, where Constantine has hijacked canal boats and is trying to use them to mine for gold, and will stop at nothing to do so! Look out for blocked passageways, sudden twists and turns, and even moving backwards, and prepare to be soaked up!

6. Using the magic of Audio-Animatronics, Simba is now open to be met in Adventureland at Disneyland Park, moving on all fours in his classic 1994 appearance, able to hold chats with visitors as well. Rafiki and Timon are also present at his meeting area.

FINAL: Night falls on Disney California Adventure, and so begins MIKAN: Story of One Man, a dramatization of Walt’s own life story as a parade, marching though Hollywood Boulevard to Golden State. The aesthetics are a mix of SpectroMagic, Illuminations, and Eureka, and manage to encapsulate Walt’s life story and the characters within, both imagined and real, within the style of the parade.

Capcom, Disney and Warner Bros. team up to make DC Comics vs Marvel Comics video game crossover called
DC VS. Marvel: World Collide, the plotline that Darkseid and Thanos team up make worlds colliding as Justice League and the Avengers falling into different worlds as they will fight each other. Join to choose team: Justice League or Avengers as choose heroes such as
Batman, Captain America, Iron Man, Superman, Spider-Man, Hulk, Wonder Woman, Black Widow, Deadpool, Nightwing, Aquaman,
Thor, Hawkeye, Cyborg, Shazam, Ant-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain Marvel, Green Lantern, the Flash, X-Men and more!

This new Disney branded game is a studio management game, a game in which you will have to manage your studio from its humble beginnings until it becomes a huge entertainment company.
But in order to become successfull you will have hire great people, greenlit risky projects, invest in good filming infrastructures and master the art of marketting.

Blitz 2: A Second Chance

Disney Lava Lagoon Paris

This old scrapped project finally opens as Disneyland Paris's Waterpark.
The park feature an extensive collection of slides (All manufactured by Proslide) and water activities, including a wave pool, a lazy river, a wild river, a kid structure, a Dueling RocketBLAST, a RallyRACER, a Double TornadoWAVE 60 and a CannonBOWL 40.

Blitz 3: Avenger? I Hardly Know Her!

Avenger Alien Attack

The lifeless omnimover "Ant-Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle" is replaced by Avenger Alien Attack, an Indoor Vekoma Launched Flying Coaster (same model as F.L.Y. at Phantasialand) during which you protect earth with the Avengers from an alien threat.
The side of the show building near mainstreet is themed to a brick warehouse, and while the ride feature calm Dark Ride portions the story continue during the rollercoaster portions thanks to the use of a mix of screens, sets and practical effects.

The "Stage 1 Company Store" and its warehouse are destroyed and replaced by multiple interlinked small shops with beautifull facades.
Each of these are themed to a single muppet and an arcade is created to improve guest flow to the recently added "Muppet Take NEW YORK!" ride.

Blitz 6: Nice to Meet You!

Syndrome's Lair

The Syndrom M&G would be located in the tomorrowland of both coast, allowing guests to meet a villain.
During the M&G Sundrom will try to impresses guests by using his gadgets but they will not always work making him sometimes ridiculous.

This new nighttime spectacular at Hollywood Studio is located in the park's hub and is centered around Disney's most recognizable movies.
Tech Wise the show uses fireworks launched from TSM show building's roof aswell as 5 "land barges" that can be moved easily and rapidly from their maintenance bay to the show area as a "train" on wheels, but they do not move during the show, and they feature large screens with stages in front for comedian to redo famous scenes.

Make all your Disney vacation dreams come true right from home with the all new Disney Parks Theme Park Builder for use on PC and Mac! This 3D park builder utilizes thousands of Disney Parks assets to allow aspiring Imagineers to build the Castle Park, Studio Park, or Water Park of their dreams!

Note: I chose castle, studio, and water as the three available “base” parks because things like Epcot and Animal Kingdom are so unique and niche that they really wouldn’t “work” in something like this, but all of those assets would still be available to use!! (This note is not part of my submission, just information I thought everyone might find useful).

A Second Chance - Season 1 Elimination Round 1

Revive and modernize a scrapped Disney plan.

Reviving a concept (literally) dreamed up by Walt Disney himself, Museum of the Weird was originally to be a walkthrough exhibit at Disneyland showcasing strange, spooky, and curious phenomena in a museum-like setting.

This all new version will instead be a trackless dark ride replacing Journey into Imagination at Epcot, but retaining the lovable Figment (of Imagination) as a reluctant tour guide, who takes guests through a living forest (the trees are watching you) into an abandoned manor where EVERYTHING is alive, sentient, and vocal!

ANT-MAN AND THE WASP ENTER THE CHAOS-VERSE​

In 2023, Disney finally began placing their name and logo on all Marvel Comics and Marvel Studios merchandise, which created such a potentially catastrophic situation for Universal Orlando that Disney was finally able to wrestle the theme park rights from their competitor.

This resulted in a complete pivot at Epcot, as the story coaster replacing Universe of Energy was entirely re-themed, becoming a high speed, interactive shooter ride starring Ant-Man, The Wasp, and superhero in training, Stature (Cassie Lang).

While the new experience does utilize the exact same ride system as the previously planned coaster, this experience tells a completely different story, and also better fits in the context of Epcot as the science of quantum physics serves as the foundation for the entire experience, as guests must be launched into the quantum realm along side Cassie and Hope to defeat Kang the Conqueror and rescue Scott!

MEET CAPTAIN AMERICA IN NEW ORLEANS SQUARE​

New Orleans Square may not seem like an obvious choice for a superhero meet & greet experience, but it’s actually the ideal location to run into newly christened Captain America, Sam Wilson!

Dressed in his full attire as seen at the conclusion of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier (now streaming on Disney Plus), the Star Spangled Avenger will take part in a brief choreographed fight sequence against a street level villain (such as Kingpin and some of his employed thugs) before posing for photos and signing autographs for all his eager fans!

Geyser Mountain at Disneyland Paris​

Tying into the lore of the nearby Big Thunder Mountain & Phantom Manor, and built as an attempt to bring guests back to Disneyland Paris after the revitalization of Walt Disney Studios Park, Geyser Mountain is a rollercoaster/Tower of Terror hybrid (a unique take on the original Geyser Mountain concept) where guests race through the mine tunnels of Geyser Canyon, before being launched out 40 feet into the air by a massive geyser!​
