'Once Upon A Time' projection show to replace Celebrate the Magic

I'm just tying to picture the logistics of this happening after Wishes . . . People gathered to watch CtM, then had to wait about 10 min or so after that ended until Wishes began, and then immediately after Wishes there was a mass exodus. If Wishes is at 10:00 and OUAT doesn't start until 10:45, that's a long time for everyone to be squished in front of the castle waiting. And, if many still exit after Wishes while many others maintain their spots to watch OUAT, there will be quite a traffic nightmare!

Furthermore... if the projection show isn't starting 15 minutes before the fireworks, then why did they feel the need to cut the original Tokyo version from 20 minutes to 15? Give us the full 20!

Further furthermore... The MK is open many hours into the night. Why replace when you can have both? Once Upon A Time has a nice small-children vibe and would make a great early evening show before the fireworks, and Celebrate the Magic could be the show that closes the park. Just alter CtM to run without any pyro so you don't have to go through a reset.

I hope they use the searchlights for wishes, that would be a nice added affect. I just hope this doesn't outsource the idea of a new light parade or push out wishes and letting in a half fantasy in the sky like Disneyland has. That a main nighttime show in Tokyo Disneyland and their standard fireworks arrant that great.

I think I will like it this way. Maybe a lot of people will leave after Wishes and the area will be less crowded.

I wish there was a fast pass for the show.

What about mapping projection on the castle like Jiminy having new animation.

Just saw the show. All the versions of the show were part of it (valentines and Christmas). It started a few minutes early to include all of them! Nice nod to the show.
Saw it on Streaming Disney, Nice to see Christmas since who knows if we'll get it on fri in OUAT.

Also for the first time, the Castle Dream Lights Strobes were in the finale which is right before Christmas. Wonder if it was a fluke or planned? Why put the strobes in for the first time in CTM's history 2 days before it leaves?

I wonder if there going to do a preview tonight then premiere it tomorrow night?
I highly doubt it as we all know tonight is the last night for CTM, Although it would be nice to have a surprise after Wishes tonight! I'm nervous for tomorrow night!!!! Will MK do enough with TDL's OUAT? I know MK isn't OLC, but I hope they made a effort! Anyone see a full dress rehearsal?

Speaking of WDW and OLC, Who worked on Splashtacular? Besides Epcot of course. Was there any OLC help? Because it was just about an exact copy of It's Magical with a change in villian and a focus on fountains rather than an anniversary.

Celebrate the Magic has ended they even brought back Brave for this occasion.

They did! I also didn't notice the Frozen segment last night. They also started five minutes early, not sure if that's normal or not, I don't usually pay attention to the times.

They did the Christmas segment last night so I'm thinking it'll stick around longer and follow the new show like it did CTM. It'd seem kind of funny to have it for such a short time otherwise.

For some reason Frozen has not neen in CTM Christmas since Frozen Holiday Wish came to MK 2 years ago. The Castle Dream Lights Strobes were in again last night during CTM's Theme. Seems strange to add the strobes 2 days before closing, I don't get it.

Since Pooh is in Once I wonder if its going to be like the Tokyo version or mix both the Tokyo version with the Disneyland Forever version?
Disneyland forever's version of the pooh scene is not going to be in this show given that it's Once upon a time and not Disneyland forever.
