Also the mix of CG characters interacting with 2D characters was a little jarring.

Mary Poppins is real. A CG Moana with a 2D Flounder is a little strange. It is like it doesn't belong.

During that part I’m surprised that they didn’t include Cinderella, and Tiana or Rapunzel to represent the eras.

Snow White = Golden Age
Cinderella = Silver Age
Mulan = Renaissance
Tiana or Rapunzel = Revival

I think they simplified it to "Walt era Disney" "Renaissance Disney," and "modern Disney."

Well The Brer Fox, Brer Bear and Brer Rabbit weren't there because Song of the South is a Live Action film and the Brers weren't there because it's a Controversial film

Mary Poppins, Pete’s Dragon, and Bedknobs & Broomsticks are live action too, and their animated characters are in the short.

That's not the reason they aren't there.

And I'm pretty sure the person who asked the question knows why they aren't there.

I can't help wondering about this moment with Snow White and Mulan..Unless it was a nod that Snow White was done by the studio in California while Mulan was the first film done at the Studios in Florida.

My only criticism (and it's nitpicking, because I absolutely loved this short): Snow White looks a bit off-model.

I think Ariel and Belle looked a little off too, but ultimately forgivable and not a big concern.

It just has to be released in 1 theater in either LA or NYC to be eligible, Disney can do a run with Wish’s opening weekend in El Capitan if they want an Oscar nom.
