One of the directors, Trent Correy, replied to someones comment on Instagram and said Once Upon A Studio will not be playing in front of Wish.

Is there an actual 13 minute version? I thought that was just some miscommunication because the D+ file has loads of credits at the end.
From a Variety article yesterday.

I suspect the Disney brand is so damaged that they want the short to redeem the company in the eyes of general audiences BEFORE Wish comes out. The short seems to be doing a lot of good in reminding people why they liked Disney in the past and it might warm them up to the company before Wish is released.

Wait a Minute 13 Minutes so 9 Minutes of the short and then 4 Minutes of the Credits on Disney+

Got to give credit where credit is due considering most of those voices of actors were probably archival recordings when they were working on it.
As I mentioned above. there is a longer version because it has a lot of end credits for all the international localization. D+ has the longer version (because of end credits) than Hulu's version.
And yet, IMDB and Wiki both still have it with Wish.

There's a separate longer version that they cut down by eliminating scenes. That's the one I'd like to see.
I don't know if they actually fully animated everything or if some of it was placeholders, but they described the Chip and Dale scene as though it was mostly finished.
