I'll ride most anything multiple times if I have the time. Ill list what I wouldn't do (at all, let alone multiple times) that list is shorter.

Can't miss the mountains at MK. Must ride them many times. TT over and over as well as Soarin. EE as many times a spossible. TOT and RNRC as many times as possible as well.

Safari if the line is manageable
Now that I have kids... Dumbo and teacups over and over lol!

Our typical stay is 3-4 days, so some things we can only do once, simply because of time.

But even on that schedule...Splash, TSMM, and Mansion are usually done more than once.

Jungle Cruise is so different at night, that it's usually the only time I will ride (or at sundown)

You are at WDW for an extended stay (5 days or more). What rides / attractions what rides will you do multiple times during your stay?

What attractions do you feel once is enough per stay?

Splash Mtn, COP, Soaring, Test Track, Everest, TOT and RNR are all multiple rides. The rest are one and done!

We've done twice in one trip: Peter Pan, PoTC, IASW, Buzz Lightyear, FofLK

We always ride Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Big Thunder, Tower of Terror, Rockin' Roller Coaster, Expedition Everest, Toy Story Mania, Kilimanjaro Safaris, People Mover, Test Track, Soarin', Star Tours, and Dinosaur more then once. Everything else we usually do once.
