Old EPCOT Center Photos

Hi everyone!

I found these old pictures of EPCOT Center. I am not sure if they are from 1985 or 1986.

Also I am sorry if I have put these in the totally wrong place, but I couldn't figure out where they should go!!!!

They aren't the best pictures in the world ,but I hope that you enjoy them!!!!

I was there in 1986. EPCOT Center was so different then -- it took great strides to *not* be the Magic Kingdom, so much so that you could barely recognize it as a Disney park. I remember it took me a while to warm up to the park (I was only 10), but in the years since, it has become my hands-down favorite of the four parks.

Cool photos--thanks for sharing! The Living Seas opened in 1986, so that must have been the year you took them.

The picture with the cattails isn't from The Land. Could it have been from World of Motion? There's a boat in the background.

For some reason we went both years, and I am not sure if it is a mix of pictures from 2 years...

Thanks! It was so much fun looking at them with my DH and talking to him about WOM and Horizons since he never got to experience them!

I'm 30 now and I've been begging both of my parents to pull out their old pictures next time I come over because I'm dying to find my old vacation photos from WDW. I can't get either one of them to spend the time it takes to find the old pictures, but one of these days I will succeed.

You are right, my mistake. I couldn't see the background on my other computer.

In the address bar, delete the second "1986" that is appearing in the URL for whatever reason...you can then view the gallery, I just did
