OHana- Breakfast or Dinner????

Agree the breakfast food is ordinary but there are lots of interactive activities for the kids. So seeing as your normal kid is not a foodie the kids can have fun while the adults have coffee/tea and slowly come to grips with another day at the world


Dinner is a much more adult meal and it's fairly long so kids will be antsy long before dessert arrives. Also you can have a Zombie in the lounge before dinner and After if needed :-)

Ohana dinner is one of our favorite adult meals, especially when we discovered the Neverland Club for CiCi and Jayce:)
Ohana at breakfast is a favorite for them for character dining and I like it too because I can sit and eat my food instead of run after them at the buffet line ....:D

Breakfast for sure. We did both last time, and won't do dinner again. Dinner was ok, but by far the best was the bread pudding. At breakfast, all the food has been very good, and the kiddo gets to interact with the characters.

Breakfast is eggs, waffles, potatoes, biscuits, bacon and sausage. Nothing special here for breakfast. You can get the same food anywhere. I personally find it hard to spend $23.00 per person for cheap breakfast. The characters are the draw here.

Dinner @ Ohana' is really nice. Grilled and marinated meat, pot stickers, wings, salad, noodles in peanut sauce, pineapple-coconut bread and stir fried veggies. The different meats can get overcooked and a little dried out at times, but ask for rare and the server (cousin) will get it for you. The price for this meal is a little high at $37.00, but I feel it's worth the price for the quality of the food and variety of flavors. Dessert here is the best also. Bread pudding with Bananas Fosters sauce with some vanilla ice cream.

They do offer a kid meal if you ask for it. The first time we dined here for dinner, my DGS was 5 and refused to eat anything coming to our table so we asked for mac & cheese and grapes for him.
The next time I dined here for dinner was last summer and the kids did better with the meat selections but overall hated the appetizers and didn't much care for the bread pudding dessert:eek: which we simply could not understand because it was divine.
Last November we got the bright idea since we weren't on the DP just using TIW to leave those two at the NEVERLAND club which includes their dinner. Well they had a blast, and me and my DD's had a great meal sans the grands.
Honestly Ohana for dinner is one of our favorite meals. The service has improved since our first visit and we love the food...it is a carnivore delight and I am always stuffed after the appetizers..omg I wish I had some sticky wings and pot stickers and noodles right now:hungry:

Me too. I don't care much for the pork and the beef is sometimes okay sometimes to rare for me but the chicken is good and the shrimp not too shrimpy tasting.
But good luck not stuffing yourself on the appetizers....

Ok, I want to chime in. I've been to both, and I actually really liked the breakfast better. But, I am a breakfast person. We went to a later breakfast too, so we really weren't rushed and really pigged out. The dinner was fun, but I really didn't like the meats that much, not my cup of tea I guess. The potstickers were awesome though, I must admit. My husband and father loved all the meats. They also brought out nuggets and fries for our DD, who just wasn't into it.

I have never done breakfast there, but have done dinner the past two trips and it is ridiculously good! My mouth is watering just thinking about the food there! But eat light the day of so you can be sure to eat as much as you want for dinner and not get stuffed after the welcoming bread and appetizers (a rookie mistake we made our first visit).
