It's annoying - when you have somewhere to go. I was not happy about clearing snow off my car this morning. It fell on my shoe and a bit got my sock wet. Alas - I will be leaving it all behind in 2 DAYS for a magical week!!
You've certainly earned this one!!!!

I swear I single handedly kept the Hostess Company in business during the 50s & 60s. Twinkies, Sno-balls, cupcakes, Ring Dings, Ho-Hos - I ate 'em all. But I walked a mile to/from school, changed and went out to play, so I stayed thin.

Last week when the Disney store had their free shipping, I ordered some new ornaments. They came the other day, and they are really cute but far too heavy to hang on the tree, so I decided to display them in my cabinet. Here's a few pictures:

I have a brass tree that I use for one of a kind ornaments - it would probably work well for heavy ones, too. The tree also comes in black.

Anyone else remembering wreaths made out of plastic dry cleaning bags, a wire coat hanger, and colored Christmas balls attached with pipe cleaners? With a plastic red bow, of course.

My MIL made one for us for our first Christmas together..... she even had spare decorations for it for Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day. She was very proud of it so we had to hang it up, but "since we didn't want it to get ruined in the weather" we hung it on the upstairs closet door.
