Not gonna lie...I love winter. No bugs. People seem more calm/restful, less irritable than the scorched summer months. Things are quiet. SNOW!!

Well it's 9 AM and the temp has climbed to a balmy 35 now. Stupid winter is in the air.

I was out on the water from 7AM on, and it was comfortable without a jacket. Got hot by noon.

It was a wonderful day, although some of the rowers were looking a little zombie-like after the race; I was in a position to watch them race by, and then again as they would slowly row by to return to the launch/take out area.

Rainy day here, but at least it's warmer. Maine, NH, and VT have all had snow in places already - I'm so not ready for that.

50 more days til my next FL trip, and 108 more til my month in the sun!

The sun came out this afternoon, and it was actually pretty nice out. We ended up going out leaf-peeping - we're such thrill-seekers lately!
