Hidden Mickey Photo Contest​
3/16-3/22 Hidden Mickey Photo Contest Post photos of your favorite hidden Mickey. The photo must be of an "official" Hidden Mickey. Only Hidden Mickey's will be accepted--no other Hidden Characters.

(If you would like, please state where the Mickey was found...that way others will be able to find it in the future.)

Official Contest Rules​
All entries must be posted by Thursday at 11:59pm PACIFIC TIME, submissions after this time will not be included.

1 submission per member, per contest. Once you post your picture, you can not replace it. You can not re-use the same entry in multiple contests.
Pictures can be taken with any type of camera (film or digital)

Pictures can not be altered in any way, except to adjust size, crop, or add your own personal watermark. This is a photography contest, not a photo-editing contest.

Please resize pictures to be no larger than 700x525 or 525x700

Please do not attach the photo to your post. Upload it to the WDWMagic photo album, or your own personal site and link the photo. If you use your own site, you are responsible to ensure the photo is viewable at all times (and not subject to bandwidth limitations).

Pictures can be taken at any time for any contest (if you visited in April of 2002, you can use those pictures for any contest that interests you).

Pictures must be taken by the member submitting the entry, and not by a family member or by a cast member.

Voting will begin within a day or two of the contest's end.

No breaking of park rules or common etiquette to take your pictures. (no accessing restricted areas, no flash photography on attractions which do not allow it....stuff like that)

taken in the gift shop at Mission Space last week. the mickey is hidden in the stars on the ceiling.

Since Hidden Mickeys aren't official, how do we know if our picture is of an official Hidden Mickey? Anyway, if this pic is deemed not official, may I change it? Or is it okay?

For those of you who will go bonkers with Robfasto's picture, let me help a little.










*** DO NOT READ THE FOLLOWING UNLESS YOU WANT HELP TO FIND THE HIDDEN MICKEY. ***



In the very middle of the picture, there is a bare spot where there is no vines, just mesh work. It is the bare spot that runs vertical, and about four feet long. At the top of the bare spot, where the vines start again, is the Hidden Mickey. It is not the typical large circle with two smaller circles for ears, but a profile shot of Mickey where his nose protruds to the side.

It took me 20 minutes to find it the first time...15 on my own and then 5 more with my wife standing next to me pointing at it.:lol:

And that Hidden Mickey was my first choice, but I didn't have a digital shot. My wife had taken one with film, but I was too lazy to hunt for the photo album and scan the picture. Good choice, Robfasto!:D
