while Hades is my favorite out of the choices, Izma from Emperors New Groove is my hands down favorite. When she laughs (as the kitty), I bust a gut. As for the meanest villian, my vote would be Medusa from the Rescuers. She's downright mean to make Penny look for that diamond in the cave as the tide is coming in.

Maleficent has always been my favorite villain. She's so evil, so smart, so kewl! I mean, she turns into a dragon, which ended up being the climax of Fantasmic! some 50 years later...such an awesome villain. The runner-up is Scar--also quite intelligent.

I think the all time awesome villian would have to be malificient. I think any villian that turns into a dragon is a plus. But for pure creepy factor I'd go with Cruella or hades. For humor Captain hook.

It was at the end of the parade, right before she went offstage...I was standing there with my family and I gave her a very deep bow and then blew her a kiss. She pointed at herself and mouthed the question "me"? I smiled and gave her a knod and she acted as if she was blushing and then burst out with a smile and a big laugh as she went of stage. First time I've ever seen the evil queen smile in a nice way.
