It is! I really feel bad for the CM. I'd love to see a public announcement made that this family is lying. The family needs to make a public apology to the CM and to Disney. Then they need to be banned from the Disney property.

Maybe its something about the Tigger suit....I seem to remember someone as Tigger beging accused of molesting a child a couple of years back....CM's: Don't Be Tigger!!!!! It could be your last character....

Clearly in the video you see that Jr. is pulling down on something on Tigger's back. A vipper or maybe even a tug on his back. Even though Tigger hits the kid he clearly was losing his balence and was falling over and the kid was in the way. I can see this guy getting fired but I can also see the guy getting nothing out of it besides being suspend while the investigation going on

Ok, I have to add my .02 worth here. I know its all been brought up about the fact of the position of the kids arm and his bicep being flexed and the fact that the greeter he had was at the far end of the line etc... out of Tiggers view.

But, no one has mentioned the fact that on that day the family had been making rounds to all the other characters that were out at the hat that day and had been causing problems with characters and other greeters. They had been pushing their way into lines, stepping on characters feet, pinching etc... just so they could get every last picture and minute of video on their precious vacation. You could say that they were added to the virtual s*** list for the characters and greeters that day. Thank you for listening, I just had to vent.

By reading your post, I'd have to assume you have personal knowledge of this. Or not? Care to share?

As far as the report goes (thanks for the link!), it looks like the initial report taken by the officer called to the scene. I don't know the procedure between the media and Orange County, but I can tell you how this works in my area. We get a stack of these reports from the different law enforcement agencies and sift through them, picking out the ones on which we want more info. Then a reporter will contact the public information officer or detectives (or whomever) and go from there. All the info on the initial report is public information, including the personal info of the victim and offender.

Its funny that if you look at ANY poll anywhere about this about 95% say kids was at fault with less than 5% saying Tigger was ay fault.If the Monacos get onto a civil court with a jury I dont think they have a prayer winning this one.

I am going for misunderstanding at this point. The poster said that they heard it on the FOX new channel. My guess is he/she might have heard a reporter make a comment that Disney should sue these people. If Disney announced that they were suing it would be all over the net.
