WoW!!!! Wendy and Peter look a lot better than I thought they would. :sohappy: I think the castle is looking great!!! Now what I am looking forward to is the mirror.

WOW! I like Peter and Wendy up there A LOT!!! :sohappy: I'm really impressed! Unless you're walking under the castle and seeing the poles sticking out of their sides, it actually looks like they're flying!!! What are the new blue curtains in the balcony for, though? Will we be able to see those when the mirror is up or something??

When this is all said and done will you still be able to walk through the castle or no because of the stage and stuff?

As of Tuesday of this week we could walk through the castle, and we did, but there were no shows that day, so who knows. . .

It will probably just as it was with Cinderella's Surprise Celebration... Prior to, during, and after the show.

The castle is starting to loose its forced perspective effects - especially with Peter and Wendy.

I agree...you look at Wendy and Peter and then you look at some of the windows at their level on the castle and either Wendy and Peter are really tall or those windows are really small. It doesn't seem that the figures were scaled to match the forced perspective.

The castle looks great. Now, if they can get the 'mirror' up and it doesn't look bad, the castle makeover will be an A+ in my book. As for tinkerbell, I believe the concept art had her on the top turret (the goldish one) in a Wonderful World of Disney style pose.

Could they be decoration for Cinderellabration? I think there are trumpet players that will be on the balcony playing during the show. The curtains are probably to dress it up a bit.

Thanks for sharing those pics! They're great. With all of these photo updates, it's been really neat to watch the castle transformation almost daily!

I really like how the castle is turning out, though I could have done without the golden characters. Makes me think too much of a certain scene in "Dogma". But, as someone said, from a distance they don't really detract too much from the overall effect. The stage looks really cool too with the gold accents and railing.

Interesting to note, since the clock will be covered by the mirror screen, it seems they took the minute and hour hands off.

Can't wait to see it finished and in person.

The thing I really like about the placement of Peter and Wendy is that when Tink flies out for Wishes, she will be flying just over them and leading them on to the second star on the right.

I don’t like the bars holding up Peter and Wendy. It doesn’t look very magical. I hope they have a plan to hide them better.

Well they are progressing very quickly on the stage, I am presuming they are not going to have the fiber optics or the lift stage for Cindy and her man. I also just noticed that they have taken the hands off the clock face as well. I hope they put up the castle image mirror soon.
