The funny thing here is this... if they announced tomorrow that M:S would be closed down and replaced... I wouldn't really care. If the powers that be figure it's time for a change, then so be it. The difference is this... I'm not on some agenda to get it closed for the wrong reasons nor am I spreading mis-truths about the attraction.

I guess it seemed like I was on some mission (no pun attended) to have the ride closed.. Why waste my time with taking up some mission/agenda when it would have been a failure and wa huge waste of my life?? I was playing antagonist because someone had too... When the time comes to close it, Disney will.. Like all rides... Scary Wannabe, we are agreeing...

I agree with this statement. I mean, okay....Mission Space is a good ride that I have ridden several times, with no incident. In fact, my friends and I rode it five times, (twice with our eyes closed, dispite the warnings) and had great experiences.

But I wouldn't shed a tear, or barely miss this attraction if it was to close. Let's face it, Mission Space is NOT a Disney Classic. While some would argue that Mission Space took millions upon millions, and years to dream up...I cannot say that many visitors would miss it.

Of course, that is just my opinion...

I got to thinking about all these stinking M:S threads.. Seriosuly, how many do we need??? There is only one thing that came of this... Half of us like the ride, half of us hate it... A quarter of us that hate it want it closed.. the other three quarters don't care what they do with the ride we just won't ride it..

Let's all just take a deep breath, realize we agree to disagree about this ride, and let's finally move on... The ride isn't shutting.... Like it or not...

I do to send my sincerity to the family, but think about, This ride is making the media look down on disney theme parks, is it really the rides fault or just the people not following the precautions?
