With the picture of the new map showing storybook circus added, I found it interesting that the barnstormer is still called the barnstormer instead of the great goofini as seen in the concept art and such. Any idea why that might be?
Huh... good catch. I do think I see an asterisk beside Barnstormer on the list.
The asterisk is because the Storybook Circus rides aren't open yet. It says 'Scheduled to open late February 2012.'
I have a feeling at some point they will take it down for the re-theme.
The new map that has storybook circus attractions on it, looks like they call “The Great Goofini,”(I thought it was the new name), "The Barnstormer"(old). Is that right?
This was answered in another thread. It appears that the ride will be called "The Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini"
Strictly speaking, Walt Disney World's name is "The Walt Disney World Resort" so you can add that. Also it's Circus' (The 'es' followed by an apostrophe implies that multiple circuses own the Barnstormer).
So how About "Storybook Circus' The Barnstormer: Featuring The Great Goofini part of the all-new Fantasyland Forest experience at the Magic Kingdom Park's Fantasyland, part of The Walt Disney World Resort in Florida."
Also noticed that SWSA is conveniently located at the bottom of the left-hand list....so it can easily be removed in a future graphic update.
but... it is still on there. Meaning that a February demolition start, as some rumored, will not occur.
