No AP discount for October?

Just got an email with the AP discount code valid 10-31 to 12-25. I guess that means nothing for Oct.

I got the same email (select value $49, select mods $79, select deluxe $151**), but if you look at the bottom, this is what it says...

"Rates available most nights 10/31/04-12/25/04. Not available at all from 11/10/04-11/13/04 and 11/23/04-11/27/04. Tax not included. The number of rooms available at these rates is limited.

**Rate valid for the Savannah View room at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and the Garden View room at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Other special rates available 9/30/04-10/30/04."

So I don't know if the other special rates that are available 9/30/04-10/30/04 are for just deluxe resorts or not. It doesn't say that, so it's definitely worth a call I think.

After a half hour wait this morning, I was able to have code EWP (passholder) applied to my reservations from Oct 14-19. FW Cabins for $154 per night. Well worth the wait.

The prooblem with the wording is that the 9/30-10/30 time period is higher just in general in terms of price. This time period is called the "Regular" season. The prices that are listed are for the "Value" season which is 10/31-12/25. They arent sayign that there arent discounts available for the Oct time frame, just that they will be a bit higher than the prices they are advertising!! Hope this helped!!! Belle

yep - the wording is bad - i called and got mine changed over for Oct 14 -17 no problem.

Had a reservation for All Star Movies - 10/16 to 10/25 for $99 per night. Called and was on hold 42 minutes. Got reservation changed for $77 per night - did not have to have a code - just asked for the AP rate that just came out. So I'm saving over $200, but not as much as the $49 rate advertised for November. But I'm still happy! I'll just end up spending the extra on other "necessities" there (plush, toys, pins, etc.)

I booked four nights at Pop Century Oct 22-26 for $353(with three adults) and two nights Nov 20-22 for $111(only two adults). A better deal in November, but still an awesome deal for
October. Yeah :animwink:

WDW Annual Passholders can ask for Code EWP and get special discounted rates at select Walt Disney World resorts for check-ins 9/30/04 – 12/25/04. These discounts are not available 11/10/04-11/13/04 and 11/23/04-11/27/04.
