I like it! Here's mine:
Beastly Kingdom is built on the site of current CMM. Attractions ideas: a Journey to the Center of the Earth in an iconic volcano designed to mirror Everest, a trackless dark ride through an Egyptian labyrinth-temple with minotaurs and sphinxes, the "quest for the unicorn" boat ride, the Fantasia Gardens ride, a roller coaster where you try and escape from the dungeon of a fire-breathing dragon, and an "effects attraction" (a la Stitch's Great Escape, on water) where you sail into a cave and are attacked by a Kraaken (tentacles rise up, rock the boat, you see flashes of its eyes and mouth and hear its roar).
Everything in CMM goes, except for the Lion King. The Lion King is relocated into a new, highly themed theater under the Tree of Life, where ITTBAB used to be. More on that in a minute.
Dinoland USA becomes Dinopolis, themed to the last place on earth where dinosaurs continue to survive. Chester and Hester's Dino-Rama is replaced by a gentle Jungle Cruise-type ride, so dinosaur-loving kids too young for Dinosaur(pretty much me, 15 years ago) still get to see some. Also, outdoor AAs of different species of dinosaurs stand around the land, examining and making noises at guests using motion-detectors. The museum and dark ride can stay, rethemed to an insitute to study the surviving dinosaurs.
Because the removal of Chester and Hester's means the loss of some of the only kid-friendly attractions in the park, a clone of DCA's A Bug's Land is built to the west of Discovery Island. This has impeccably well-themed young kids' attractions, and would also be the new home of It's Tough to Be a Bug. Perhaps it could also include an insect house, featuring rare and exotic bugs.
And finally, the Discovery River boats would be restored.
