night of joy

just looking at the calander of special events on the offical disney website. and it says in september there is a 'night of joy' just wondering if anyone has any info on this. beacuse its advertised for 2008 but when you click the link it says about who played at it last year.

Night of Joy is a night, or possibly two where it is a night of celebration faith and/or religion. Last year it was held at the MK and some religious artist played at Galaxy Theater and on the castle stage. I know Brian Littrell from the Backstreet Boys played there last year because he has done some music in that genre. Though this year I believe it is being held at Hollywood Studios.

I so wish I was going a couple weeks sooner!!! I hate to miss all of these GREAT singers.

As a huge fan of Christian music, I would love to make it to Night Of Joy eventually but I'm just not all that excited about this year's line up, I've seen much better line ups in previous years.

If I remember right they used 3 stages at MK. With that knowledge I would bet they will use Indiana Jones, The Premier Theater, and either LMA or a stage set up in the area behind RNRC. That is just speculation.

It could be my imagination, but I think Chris Tomlin and David Crowder both played last year. David Crowder=best concert EVER, Christian or not.

BarlowGirl played NOJ last year too. I know first hand that TobyMac, Casting Crowns and MercyMe were at Rock the Universe last year.

BTW, Chris Tomlin = best worship leader. He lead worship at the youth camp I chaperoned this year...it was amazing.

Oh I would love to see alot of these, too bad I am not going till November. I have seen Third Day and loved them!!!!!!!!!!! I have alot of Casting Crowns and MercyMe on my mp3.
