Still, I'm confident that Grossman will bounce back. He almost always does after a bad game. So, I think he'll be ready for the Seahawks, Eagles and Ravens.

Don't get carried away, TiggerBW. The Bears have had a lot of success against Jeff Garcia in the past. And Rex should be able to get movitavated to face the Eagles' 16th-ranked defense. :snore:
It looks like we have a large pool of players this year. New entries are still acceptable up until the Chiefs-Colts kickoff around 4:30 East Coast time.
One quick note about changes: You can edit your post throughout the contest to change any pick, with the following qualifiers
1.) The change must be timestamped before kickoff of the game being changed
2.) The change must be allowable by your previous picks (you can't pick a team to win if you had them losing in the last round and stuck with that)

We're underway, and roughly half the field will take a loss early. 10 of 18 people have Kansas City, while 8 have Indianapolis. Later on, the Seahawks are the favorite of 16 people to beat the Cowboys.

Kansas City, ouch. I'm glad I'm not a Cheifs fan right now, that would hurt.
Probably beats being a Rams fan.
Hey, maybe the Colts CAN play defense. This result could have a big impact on people's chances, because as a 3 vs. 6, it determines second-round pairings for the entire conference.

I was all ready to make fun of Dallas and Seattle at the beginning of the night, but damn if they didn't have to go and play a barnburner and both look playoff worthy.

The QB who has to be feeling the worst today is Tony Romo. This guy is a Pro Bowler? I don't think so. Rex actually had a better year.
I'm expecting the osprey to wing it to Chicago next Sunday.

Just goes to show how weak the NFC is when Romo, who didn't even start the season as the starting QB, makes the Pro Bowl. Heck, if you're gonna take a guy who didn't start the season, I'd take Garcia over Romo right now.

Well, as one of our local sports anchors said, Forget Jessica Simpson and Carry Underwood, they are now out of Romo's league, we'll be seeing him with Britney now.
