God is not an Eagles fan.
Wow, I got some crazy news this morning. It was funny, last night, my friend Chris told me "Everything favors the Eagles in this game. There's no way we should lose, but we somehow will." I just laughed and agreed. Today, I turned on the radio and our NBC weatherman Hurricane Schwartz was on. Why is a weatherman on sports radio? He said he cannot be completely sure until a day or two before the game, but many of the models show a snowstorm coming on Sunday. Not just any snowstorm, a Nor'easter, a blizzard! *cue mouth drop*

We haven't had any snow yet this year and of all days to start, you pick the NFC Championship game?! You'd think this would favor us, since the Falcons are a dome team, but it doesn't. We're not the Patriots, we don't play in the snow. In fact, the hosts were saying it has never snowed in Philly for an Eagles game in the last 30 years. This takes away our deep passing and kicking game. Weathermen have been wrong before but if they're right this time, that turns this game into battle between the trenches. That's not the Eagles' game, the Falcons are the rushing team. The Eagles don't run, we have the Mike Martz philosophy. "Run? Huh? Wha? What's that?" Oh man, oh man, oh man. This is not good.
If we win the Superbowl this year, it's gonna be a season for the ages. I'll be telling my grandkids about this.
