It most certainly is. And you kinda were stuck with the Bob Kraft comment eh?
I don’t feel the need to comment on everything someone says. I can give you plenty of examples of the NFL going overboard on discipline…which along with your example absolutely proves my point…the NFL has a credibility issue.

Im not sure what point you are trying to make. Mine is clear.

Probably a safe bet if Houston plays him, there will be protest disruptions during the game on what Watson is being accused of.
Many reasons they won’t play him, for sure.

Point here is the team is choosing not to play him. The OP is saying the player is not playing based on his choice…

OP might be confusing the player’s initial stance of not wanting to play for Houston and thus asking to be traded, with the player’s current status of being Inactive….

What is your point? You haven’t defined/elaborated and it certainly isn’t clear….
Let’s see…the NFL has a credibility issue? Oh yeah, that’s it. I’ve said it several times.

All you have to do is look at the punishments given out and not given out over the last several years. The NFL has a responsibility to make some kind of suspension decision on Watson based on past decisions. Saying the NFL doesn’t have to make a decision now because he isn’t playing is a complete cop out, and cowardly. Hence the credibility issue.

Lack of action on the NFL's part is the credibility issue?

At times lack of action can be a factor. The NFL is concerned about losing more fans. Also with all the controversy surrounding our national anthem , that part of the game is no longer seen on live TV. As Watson is accused by a massage staff member and some in the world are already pointing out he is guilty, you have billionaire owner for the Pats , Robert Craft caught on videotape by police in the FL massage parlour and he gets off scot free. No punishment for the owner.

That’s part of what I said causes the credibility issue, yes. Especially when you weigh the action taken on others.
More a consistency issue...

Kraft should have been punished for going to that place that was exploiting those people. A little different issue with what Watson is accused as Watson is in the arena of harassment and assault.

Should have been consequences for both

New Orleans squeaks past Seattle to make it to .500

If the Season ended today the Saints, Minnesota, and the Falcons would make the Playoffs as the NFC Wild Card Teams

I think the NFL is more concerned about fan base etc if both were and will be held accountable for their actions. Both are not smart to put themselves in that situation. I was at a hotel last year where all drafted NBA players were there for a week . I learned that the players attend classes all week on finance, ethics, social media, drugs and alcohol etc taught by sport personalities , retired and current players and coaches. That's a good introduction to these young guys that are instant millionaires and can be easily tempted .

Aaron Rodgers is in the headlines.

1) Rodgers took an alternate route vs taking one of the three approved vaccines
2) Rodgers request to NFL Hierarchies to be recognised as vaccinated was DENIED
3) Reporter asked Rodgers if he was vaccinated and Rodgers carefully worded his answer using the wording “immunised”
4) Now that he has tested positive the NFL is checking to see if Green Bay violated any League protocol on handling players who have not been vaccinated - this means it has been established Green Bay was aware Rodgers was considered unvaccinated (or the question would be did Rodgers mislead his team mgt)

- Clearly it was known he took an alternate route when he was asked if he was vaccinated. The purpose of the question (question was NOT random)!was to put him on record
- Does the League take a passive approach on protocol with unvaccinated players? Just let the Team monitor?

@PUSH
The above is oversimplified and may not be accurate- any details or clarification?
