Browns fire head coach Freddie Kitchens.
Good. He clearly had no idea how to operate a potentially high powered offense and made a significant number of questionable decisions, namely how to use OBJ, throughout the season.

Congrats to the Bengals for potentially unleashing a beast next year.

Seattle is a Wild Card team who finished the NFL regular season with 11 wins.
My favorite team: Philadelphia is now designated the NFC East champion. They finished the season with 9 wins.

It must be annoying to Seattle's season ticket holders that the Seahawks have to go on the road and play their playoff game in Philly.
*
This would not happen in the NBA...correct?
In the NBA is it true that they have 2 conferences and stack um by their won loss record?....thus the team with the best won/loss record would always host the 1st playoff game (home court for 3 games in a best of 5 series......or....4 home games in a best out of 7 series)
Please confirm or correct how I presented the comparison between the NFL and the NBA
Thank you....and Happy New Year!

The Redskins are planning to hire Ron Rivera as their next head coach. They have also fired team president Bruce Allen.

Choke implies you were winning and blew the game. They let the Texans score 19 unanswered and then lost the game in OT.

They were ready to kick the FG that should have secured the win... and then blow it with a horrible penalty that forced them to punt. The game was theirs to win... and CHOKE

And all is right in the football universe again.

The Pats have a ton of issues coming up this off season, it isn’t as simple as a “re-tool”.

Too long to list them all out but suffice to say the last 2-3 years they been delaying the inevitable team wise but first and foremost? The bill on Brady’s contract has finally come due and they can’t push it out any longer. He can’t be franchised either. They could push it out IF they resign him... but that’s going to cost 25-30 million... for a 43 year old QB.

Father Time is undefeated against everyone, and will be so with Brady.

Brady recently put his MA mansion up for sale. Looks like he's not sticking around.
