I just noticed someone dropped Ellington in my league. So I'm going to try to stash him while he recovers and people focus elsewhere in the waivers. I have 8th priority on the waiver wire so I'll probably still not get him. I need to check through my league's setting because the waiver priority isn't changing when people pick up players on it.
I have these players questionable:
- Mike Evans
- Chris Ivory
- LeSean McCoy
- Delanie Walker

I'm trying to decided between McCoy and Ivory for my RB2. I'm trying to decide between Evans, Ivory and Jordan Matthews for my flex. I was thinking of starting Walker instead of Martellus Bennett, but I've decided against that. So many decisions to make!

I'd probably go with Ivory and Matthews until McCoy is healthy. Normally I'd advise against Jets players, but seeing how they played and how the Colts played last week, I'm a bit less nervous now.

Walker is my starting TE. I needed to scrape the bottom of the FA barrel for a backup thanks to my low priority on the waivers. I don't want to use my backup.

That's kind of what I was thinking, too, but NE also gave up a lot of yard to DeAngelo Williams. No matter which one I play I feel like I'm going to make the wrong choice. Does that make me a pessimist?

Any back against the Patriots this year is going to stack yards but not score TDs against the Pats this year.... Receivers and TEs against the Pats will not be too bad but still have a tough time scoring... Buffalo will test this theory on Sunday....

Oh, and Jarvis Landry was another option of mine for the flex spot. He has a nice matchup against the Jags, but the Dolphins aren't the most consistent offense, so it's really hit or miss.

In football, I'd describe that as a realist. You have a lot of options and it is early in the season so you have room to tinker. Just try to know who works by the time your friends' decision to draft all of one team bites them on a bye week. Even if you don't play them, you need to win those weeks to get an easy rise in the rankings.

Our schedule plays out so this week the four 1-0 teams play each other and the four 0-1 teams play each other, so it's going to be a pretty level playing field after this! I just hope to be on the 2-0 end of it!

He is doing better now. So is Peyton. He has more than doubled his score from last week so far. Maybe I won't bench him again next week. Or he'll ruin his arms more trying to lift a TV in a strength contest with Jerry during halftime and tank in the next 2 quarters

I was on the verge of benching Peyton in one of my leagues after last night as well if he didn't get me a certain amount of points. Lucky for him....he did.

More fantasy advice needed: I have Michael Floyd, who I'm not sold on. I can pick up Terrance Williams or John Brown instead (or possibly claim DeSean Jackson off waivers and stash him for later)... would any of you pull the trigger on that, or wait it out with what I've got?
TW will be more high profile while Dez is out for the next few weeks.

Packers OT Bryan Bulaga is likely to miss 6 weeks after undergoing surgery to fix a torn meniscus and sprained MCL he suffered in practice on Thursday. Doesn't look like we're going to as healthy as we were last season. We've already lost two huge starters on offense for significant amounts of time (Jordy Nelson, Bryan Bulaga), and we lost our starting ILB Sam Barrington for the season in week 1. Bulaga's replacement is coming off a season lost to a torn ACL and looked pretty rusty in the preseason, although he mainly played LT instead of RT then. Hopefully it won't be too big of an obstacle.

Alshon Jeffrey is out. Delaine Walker is out. TY Hilton is a Monday decision. I'm definitely going to have the lowest score in my league this week.

I'm taking a risk by putting Ivory as my starter. He's questionable right now and plays tomorrow night, so if he's out I have no other option. I could start McCoy or Martin. I'm still thinking of swapping McCoy back into the starter slot, just to be safe.

Ended up going with Ivory instead of McCoy. And McCoy is off to a quick start already. And Keenan Allen has fumbled for me, so that's cool.

Big Ben has gotten me 24 points so far, Antonio Brown has gotten me 18, and Jamaal Charles got me 21 on Thursday. I'll take it! Especially since the rest of my team is letting me down thus far.

The good news is my opponent is not doing so hot. Mariota only has one point, and his leading scorer so far is his kicker. And boy and I glad I played Roethlisberger instead of Matt Ryan.

Hindsight Week 2 Injurypallooza Edition: I should have moved Golden Tate into the WR2 position and made Shane Vereen my Flex. Wheaton is killing me. How did my amazing lineup of WRs fall apart already? :banghead:
