Great week! Packers dominate, Bears, Lions, and Vikings all lose! Packers now tied for the division lead. Plus, a Saints win would mean I'm doing pretty well in pick'ems!

Peyton Manning is now the second NFL player to ever reach 500 TD passes. He only trails Brett Favre who has 508.

Drew Stanton is being evaluated for a concussion, rookie Logan Thomas is in at QB for the Cards.

I need Gore or Kelce to score a TD so I can feel more comfortable going to into SNF with my opponent having Gronk. He is only 3 points behind.

Sigh..down by 10 in fantasy with Michael Floyd doing absolutely nothing for me, while Pierre Thomas sits on the bench with two touchdowns and 91 yards..

Nice win for the Giants. Poor first half made me worried, but great comeback in the second half. Too bad the Cowboys won

I was irate after that long Smith TD for the Falcons but thank heavens the Giants answered back and made sure that Falcons TD would be their last! I got to give props to the rookies Odell Beckham Jr who really looks promising...when healthy! And Andre Williams, I've been a bit hard on him and still prefer Jennings over Williams but man, he was running through defenders like crazy. I think the play by play guy referred to him as a "truck" though it was more like a tank for me! Still, the defense worries me. They can't allow 40+ yard plays like that, especially because Dallas and Philly have more than potent offenses! Big game next week on Sunday Night and the next 6 games could dictate our season (at Philly, Dallas twice, Indy at home, Seattle on the road, San Fran at home with the bye in late October)

We were in the car listening to the game on the radio when the Jets got their first INT of the season. And I looked at my husband and said the next play is going to be a pick-6 and it will be negated. I was wrong. It was a fumble.:banghead:

After the first five games, I am beginning to believe that Drew Brees is declining fast. His ball velocity is erratic, his decision making is questionable much of the time and his laser accuracy isn't so laser accurate anymore.

Deep down, I hope it's just O-line play, but even when they give him all the time in the world, he's not finding guys and missing bad. Plus, he's forcing more passes into coverage and getting picked off at an unprecedented rate for him.

Lack of protection will bring down just about any QB. The injuries on the O-line for Baltimore was the death of us today. It makes a night and day difference

Brady and Brees both said heading into this season that they wouldn't retire until they suck..well that might be sooner rather than later after poor starts. A lot of it has to do with offensive line difficulties but still
