Another thing on the hated teams... You see a lot of the teams people are fans of that have zero connection with...

Here in dc it's really big with people who are Dallas fans and of the obvious Dallas/redskins history.

People have made great videos like this one... (Near the end is best...)

I think for the most part there is a dislike for quite a few teams near the top (Cowboys, Jets, Patriots, Steelers, Ravens), but I've never heard any major dislike for the Giants (apart from Packers fans who have bitter tastes left in their mouths).

Many hate the giants for the same reason they hate the Yankees ... The quantity of People who claim to be giants fans :)[/quote]

I'm sorry you all have to listen to humble/dierdorf for this game. Wears used to being stuck with them as a afc team...

Dierdorf retiring was the best gift of the holidays.

I've been told the Packers and Bears rivalry is one of the nicest rivalries ever.... maybe I'm missing out on some good-old hatred.

Nothing is worse than NFL Network. Hate them. I like Michaels/Collinsworth on NBC the best, even though I don't like Collinsworth. I just really like Al Michaels.

I've heard some of the Cowboys loyalty in DC goes back to the days when the Redskins under their original owner were the last team to integrate.

The 49ers/Packers game was the most watched Wild Card game in NFL history. Second is the 2011 Steelers/Broncos game, and third is the 2010 Packers/Eagles game.

Terrible snap there by the long snapper. No idea what the long snapper or punter were trying to do there.

On the topic of violent fans... We have nothing compared to international football

Where it's common for clubs to require separation of fans.... Fans can't leave the stadium at the same time as the other side's fans.... And they don't have jumbotrons because the instant video replays would incite the fan reaction.

And that doesn't include the hooligans :)

Classic dierdorf.... 'Ne has all three timeouts, that takes them down to two'

And gumble doesn't think throwing behind the receiver is a bad throw

That takeaway is huggggge
