Moving on to a different topic, the combined record of all the NFL teams in Florida is 3-17. I still think Schiano will be the first coach to go. That team is a mess in so many ways. Otherwise, I'm thinking Leslie Frazier.

I think the only coach with a somewhat decent chance of being fired during the season is Schiano. Frazier has had some success there, but you never know what the front office of a team is thinking. I'm for keeping coaches as long as they are good leaders and teachers. I think that's one of the problems with teams who fire coaches every couple years; they are getting rid a the coach before they really have time to develop their team. I think the Vikings are a QB and a couple DBs away from being an elite team.

Anybody else see the hoopla about Goodell talking about a London/L.A. team today? While I think it would cool to see ATL @ LON on our schedule, the logistics of it just aren't sound. Travel time would be a nightmare and I'm not convinced that London would fully support a franchise. Most European NFL fans have already picked their teams and are loyal to them. It wouldn't be easy to have them abandon their teams especially if the London team struggles in it's first few years.

And Jacksonville is one of the teams considering moving. I dont think many fans would support their team considering they are so bad at the moment.

Plus, what in the world would you name the team?

I don't get Goodell sometimes. I sincerely doubt a London franchise will work. The timing will throw everything off. They can't play in primetime in the US because it'll be 1-2 am over there. That leaves them only the afternoon slots where they could possibly play and the options aren't exactly friendly for both parties. I doubt attending fans will want to watch a 9:25 pm local game in the UK (That's 4:25 pm in EST/1:25 pm PST) I suppose it could work if you follow 1 pm EST rule in the East for a local UK time at 6 pm, fans on the West Coast have to watch at 10 am. Not too bad. But the worst option is have the game at 1 pm local time in London, meaning it's a 8 am game in the East, 5 am in the West! That's a nightmare right there! Plus there still some Sunday games in the Premier League and other divisions of association football so you're forcing fans to pick one over the other. MLS in the US has a similar problem during the fall months when it has to compete against the NFL, the playoff races of MLB and College Football, which is why they'll never set up their schedule like the soccer leagues in Europe do.

I honestly think Goodell is the most hypocritical NFL commissioner I've ever seen.

Wasn't the NFL Europe London team called the Monarchs? That has a nice ring to it.

I almost feel sorry for UK NFL fans having to endure this game. Jacksonville looks helpless. And I knew I shouldn't have switched my Dallas/Detroit pick last night. I didn't realize Dallas had so many big players out.

Anyone with Josh Brown as their kicker in fantasy must be loving this Giants/Eagles game. The Eagles losing to nothing but field goals and Vick is out again. Maybe the Giants won't finish last in the division after all.

Good win today for my Giants..ugly, but I'll take it. Defense was lights out aagain, but our offense and special teams must improve. Especially the offense, too much talent being wasted there

Way too many penalties and the O-Line always seems to be discombobulated on practically every play. It's embarrassing. And that special teams gaffe, just inexcusable. Weatherford had a Matt Dodge moment right there. With the way Oakland's playing right now, I'm not even sure if they can beat them. They were fortunate that Dallas choked again and only trail by two games in the loss column...for now.
